Bianca brings over 20 years of beauty industry experience, with extensive practical knowledge and a particular passion for brows, precision and professional standards.
As Lead Trainer for the Effortless Brow Artist™ Foundation Programme, Bianca is responsible for delivering the practical training, demonstrations and hands-on guidance that support students as they develop their technique.
Her calm, detailed teaching style focuses on helping students understand not only how to perform each stage of a treatment, but why each decision matters. From consultation and brow design through to implantation, healing and refinement, Bianca places strong emphasis on accuracy, safety and creating results that are appropriate for each individual client.
Drawing on years of working with real clients in a busy salon environment, she brings practical industry experience into every training day, providing honest feedback, individual support and the encouragement students need to build genuine confidence in their abilities.

Clare brings over 20 years of beauty industry experience alongside her role as co-owner of Studio 21 Beauty & Aesthetics.
Her focus within the Academy is on the structure behind the student experience - developing the programme, learning journey, professional standards and support systems that help students progress from knowledge to confident practical application.
Drawing on years of working with clients, therapists and developing professionals within a busy salon environment, Clare helps ensure the training remains relevant to real practice, with strong emphasis on client care, professional decision-making and continued development beyond qualification.

With over 20 years each within the beauty industry, our passion for education, development and helping others grow has always been at the heart of what we do.
After years of working side by side as colleagues and friends, we took ownership of Studio 21 together and continued building on the standards, experience and professional environment we value.
Through Effortless Brow Academy™, we created the BIA Accredited Effortless Brow Artist™ Foundation Programme - a structured learning experience designed to combine real industry knowledge, practical development and ongoing support.
Our goal has never simply been to teach a treatment. We want to help develop confident, knowledgeable brow artists who understand the reasoning behind what they do and are equipped to work safely, professionally and independently.
